Construction Materials Warehouse

A construction company in Yerevan needed to quickly build a warehouse for construction materials. So they opted for PIR Premier sandwich panels, which effectively save heat or cold, due to a low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m*K).

Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has manufactured 8 595 sq. meters of wall and 16 386 sq. meters of roof sandwich panels.

80 mm thick sandwich panels were used for internal partitions, 100 mm thick panels – for the external contour.

For the roof PH Insulation manufactured 100 mm thick sandwich panels per customer’s request.

Both the wall and roof sandwich panels were manufactured in a non-mark graphite-gray color RAL 7024 on the external side, and in a signal white color RAL 9003 on the internal side. By employing different colors for different sides of the sandwich panels, design requirements were met without incurring additional costs for non-standard colors that wouldn't be visible.
