Kitchen in Food Сourt
A new kitchen for a food court was planned in a mall located in Vologda region. The designers decided to use easy-to-install option: insulated panels. The facility needed to comply with high fire safety building regulations, so the customer chose 50 mm thick mineral wool sandwich panels which provide El 30 fire resistance level.
According to the technical requirements, the client requested sandwich panels with food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel coating on both sides. This coating is perfect for food production areas and also meat processing plants, fruit cold storage rooms, etc.
In just 14 days PH Insulation manufactured 1 057 square meters of sandwich panels. Additionally, PH Insulation arranged for professional carriers to ensure prompt delivery of the panels.
