Partition Walls and Refrigeration Doors
A thermal pump factory in Vladimir Oblast, Russia, needed to install partition walls to separate office spaces and refrigeration doors for the testing chambers. The customer decided to build partitions with PH Insulation PIR Premier sandwich panels. PIR Premier sandwich panels are the best option for wall partitions due to their unique thermal conductivity value of 0.0194 W/mK. PIR Premier sandwich panels provide excellent protection against heat or cold, lightweight and easy to install. They are also fire-resistant and have an extremely long lifespan, making them a cost-effective solution in the long run.
PH Insulation has manufactured 1 137 sq. m of wall PIR Premier sandwich panels in just two weeks. The thickness of the sandwich panels – 40 and 120 mm.
For the warehouses and testing chambers, the customer chose to install 2 double-leaf and 4 single-leaf sliding refrigeration doors. The doors are made in signal white RAL 9003 color and equipped with reinforced PH Insulation hardware. The service life of reinforced hardware has been increased by 1.5 times through the modernization of its elements and using of more durable material.
