Building a new confectionery workshop in a limited timeframe required the most energy efficient and modern construction material – PIR insulated panels. AISI 304 stainless steel is the perfect coating for sandwich panels to use in aggressive environments and specifically in food production areas. So for the new project PH Insulation manufactured over 450 sq. m of sandwich panels with PIR Premier core. The lead time was only 2 weeks. Thickness of sandwich panels - of 60 mm.
AISI 304 used by PH Insulation was tested in 2023 in the leading Russian research institute of ferrous metallurgy, the Metalltest Test Center of I.P. Bardin Central Research Institute of Ferrous Metals. The experts confirmed the highest quality of the PH Insulation products: according to the test results, the coating conforms to the requirements of the regional GOST technical standard 5632-2014; 304 for ASTM A240/A240M specification.
