Ready-to-Eat Food Processing Facility

A company required energy-efficient building materials for construction of a ready-to-eat prepared food processing facility in the Moscow region.

After a thorough evaluation process, the company chose to utilize PIR Premier sandwich panels.

Panels with PIR Premier insulation effectively conserve heat or cold leveraging low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m*K).

For construction of the building, PH Insulation has manufactured 20 697 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels in the standard white color RAL 9003 on both sides. For internal walls, 40 mm and 60 mm thick sandwich panels were utilized, while 100 mm thick panels were selected for the exterior envelope.

To separate the different production areas in the facility, PH Insulation has manufactured 34 doors:

• 6 single-leaf and 9 double-leaf traffic swinging doors, equipped with hinges that can keep the door open or closed. The hinges are maintenance-free, the opening and closing force of the door can be adjusted. At the customer's request, the single-leaf doors were reinforced with bottom bumpers made sheet plastic for additional protection during operation. The height of the bumpers is 750 mm.
• 3 single-leaf and 16 double-leaf technological doors - 750 mm

All doors are made in gray-white color RAL 9002 on both sides.
