- enhancing the efficiency of 2 automated continuous production lines for sandwich panels at PH Insulation’s industrial site in Schelkovo, 40 km outside Moscow
- availability of necessary raw materials due to the establishment of long-term partnerships with major metal suppliers
PH Insulation can ensure quick order fulfillment times for PIR sandwich panels also by using company’s customized PIR Premier system, which reduces dependence on imported raw material supplies through:
- digitalization of process management
- implementation of lean manufacturing tools
