Cowshed and Milking Parlor

The agricultural cooperative needed to quickly build a cowshed and milking parlor in Chelyabinsk, Russia. So they opted for PIR Premier sandwich panels which are perfectly suited for agricultural construction of any kind. With a low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/m*K, PIR Premier sandwich panels effectively save heat or cold, reducing costs on air conditioning or heating.

Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has produced and delivered 1 219 sq. m of wall and 7 039 sq. m of roof  PIR Premier sandwich panels. The panel thickness — 80 mm. The wall panels are manufactured in a signal white color RAL 9003 on both sides, while the roof panels are in a yellow-green color RAL 6108 on one side and white color RAL 9003 on the other. The vibrant green hue in the design revitalized the building's faсade, lending it a contemporary and appealing look.

By employing different colors for different sides of the roof sandwich panels, design requirements were met without incurring additional costs for non-standard colors that wouldn't be visible.

PH Insulation took on the transportation of building materials and delivered them precisely on schedule to the construction site. With the online monitoring system, provided by PH Insulation, the customer was able to accurately calculate the time for unloading the transport and prepare for installation.
