Refrigeration insulated doors are meant for heat insulation and constitute a crucial part of refrigeration chambers or warehouses.

PH Insulation’s refrigeration door is a three-layer metal panel with the rigid polyurethane foam core, equipped with modern European-made hardware: locks, hinges, sealing gaskets, sealing gasket heating for the low temperature doors.
The insulation core is the rigid polyurethane foam by Dow Chemical, the foam density is up to 50 kg/m3. The metal facing covers both the inside and outside surface and the edge, which makes the PH Insulation’s refrigeration doors resistant against side impacts, which are inevitable throughout the facility operation.
The refrigeration doors are manufactured at 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm thickness. The traffic and industrial steel doors — 40 mm.
PH Insulation’s doors for refrigeration chambers are equipped with the hardware from the leading European manufacturers. The locks come with locking mechanism and emergency opening from inside. The doors for freezing chambers are equipped with the heating wire, pressure equalization valve and double sealing gasket.
PH Insulation’s refrigeration doors have Russian and European certificates and can be used in the construction of buildings and refrigerating chambers for the food industry.
