Car Wash

The client required reliable building materials to quickly construct a car wash.

PH Insulation’s PIR Premier sandwich panels were selected for the project. Their uniq low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m·K) helps reduce cooling costs.

With their mechanical strength and excellent thermal insulation properties, PIR Premier sandwich panels are well suited to constructing a reliable, durable car wash.

PH Insulation manufactured a total of 430 square meters of PIR Premier wall and roof sandwich panels in thicknesses of 60 and 80 mm. The panels feature a Signal blue RAL 5005 finish on the outside and AISI 304 stainless steel facing on the inside.

In 2023, the AISI 304 stainless steel used by PH Insulation was tested at the Metalltest Testing Center of the I. P. Bardin Central Research Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy. Independent testing confirmed the high quality of the steel and its compliance with GOST 5632-2014 and the requirements for Grade 304 under ASTM A240/A240M.
