Manufacturing and Warehouse Complex

A manufacturer of thermostatic equipment required fire-resistant sandwich panels for the construction of a production and warehouse complex.

PH Insulation’s mineral wool sandwich panels were selected for the new building. These panels feature fire-resistant mineral wool insulation and are manufactured in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with increased fire safety requirements. PH Insulation’s specially formulated polyurethane adhesive enhances the panels’ performance.

In total, PH Insulation manufactured 1,692 square meters of mineral wool wall sandwich panels and 849 square meters of mineral wool roof sandwich panels. The wall panels are 120 mm thick, and the roof panels are 150 mm thick.

To match the project’s design, the roof panels were manufactured with an exterior finish in Moss green RAL 6005, while the wall panels feature Signal grey RAL 7004 on the outside. The interior surfaces of both the roof and wall panels were finished in the standard white color, RAL 9003.
