Steel Structure Manufacturing Facility

A steel structure manufacturer required energy-efficient building materials for the construction of a new production facility.

For the new building, PH Insulation manufactured 2 822 m2 of wall sandwich panels and 3 228 m2 of roof sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation. With a low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m·K), PIR Premier sandwich panels provide excellent thermal insulation, maintaining the required indoor temperature and reducing heating and air-conditioning costs.

For the 100 mm thick wall sandwich panels, the customer selected Graphite Grey RAL 7024 for the exterior side and standard signal white RAL 9003 for the interior side.

The roof sandwich panels are 80 mm thick, with signal grey RAL 7004 on the exterior side and RAL 9003 on the interior side.
