Refrigerating chambers
The largest plasma blood products plant in Russia required the construction of refrigeration chambers equipped with fireproof gates.
For construction of the chambers the client chose PH Insulation’s energy-efficient sandwich panels with PIR Premier and sliding fire-resistant gates.
Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation produced:
- over 2 124 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels in thicknesses of 100 mm and 200 mm. The interior side of the sandwich panels is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the exterior is finished in standard signal white color RAL 9003.
- four sliding fireproof gates, each with a thickness of 150 mm. The gates are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel on both sides.
