Bottled Water Storage Warehouse

The company needed to quickly build a modern warehouse for storing bottled water in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The contractor chose PH Insulation’s sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation.

PH Insulation manufactures mineral wool sandwich panels in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.

In just 10 days PH Insulation has manufactured 2 251 sq. m of wall and 4 739 sq. m of roof sandwich panels with mineral wool. The thickness of wall sandwich panels is 100 mm, roof panels are 120 mm thick. In accordance with the project design, wall sandwich panels are made in two colors on the outer side: signal white RAL 7004 and signal blue RAL 5005. On the inside, all wall sandwich panels are manufactured in standard white RAL 9003.

Roof sandwich panels are made in RAL 7004 on the outside, on the inside in RAL 9003.
