Fish Hatchery
The fishery enterprise required high-quality building materials and reliable refrigeration doors for the construction of fish hatchery for breeding rainbow trout and sturgeon in Kyrgyzstan.
Relying on the successful experience of using PH Insulation’s products, the company chose sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation, refrigeration doors, and PIR Plita® insulation boards for the construction of new facility.

For the construction of the enterprise, PH Insulation has produced:
- over 3 000 square meters of PIR Premier sandwich panels. For internal walls PH Insulation has manufactured sandwich panels with food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 coating on both sides. For external walls sandwich panels are made in RAL 5005/RAL 9003, RAL 9003/RAL 9003 colors. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 80, 100, and 150 mm
- 510 square meters of PIR Plita® insulation boards with paper/paper facings for floor insulation. The material has a European CE certificate: certified according to the European standard for polyurethane and polyisocyanurate insulation with soft facings EN 13165, class E for fire reaction
- 4 sliding refrigeration doors on reinforced hardware from the Italian manufacturer Coldtech, made with a food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 coating on both sides. The thickness of the doors is 150 mm
- 2 double-leaf hinged refrigeration doors with AISI 304 coating on both sides
- 731 linear meters of shaped elements made of stainless steel AISI 304.
