Mushroom Farm
The company required sandwich panels with anti-corrosion coating for the construction of a mushroom farm in Belarus.
For сonstruction of the farm, the company decided to use PH Insulation’s sandwich panels featuring the most advanced PIR Premier insulation.
Within three weeks PH Insulation has produced 6 169 square meters of PIR Premier wall and 4 168 square meters of roof sandwich panels. According to the project design, the exterior of the wall sandwich panels is manufactured in gray color RAL 7004, while the interior is coated with food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. The AISI 304 coating has excellent corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice in the food and medical industries. The thickness of the wall sandwich panels is 100 mm.
The roof sandwich panels are produced in a mouse-gray color RAL 7005 on the exterior, with the interior also featuring a food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 coating. The thickness of the roof panels – 80, 100, and 150 mm. The fire resistance limit RE (30) of PH Insulation roof sandwich panels with PIR Premier has been confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus.
