Poultry Plant
The poultry plant in Kazakhstan required reliable refrigeration and traffic swinging doors for its slaughterhouse and incubator.
The enterprise decided to equip the facilities with PH Insulation’s traffic swinging and sliding refrigeration doors.

PH Insulation has produced 20 doors:
- 9 single-leaf and 2 double-leaf traffic swinging doors with fixating hinges. The hinges are maintenance-free and allow you to adjust the opening and closing force of the door. The doors are made in signal white color RAL 9003/RAL 9003, with a thickness of 40 mm.
- 7 sliding doors made with food-grade stainless steel AISI 304/AISI 304 for the finished product cold storage. The thickness is 100 mm. PH Insulation’s sliding doors are used in refrigeration and freezing chambers of any temperature regime and dimensions. Ergonomic doors of European quality significantly save space in the facilities
- 2 gas-tight sliding doors made with food-grade stainless steel AISI 304/AISI 304 for the gasification room. The thickness is 100 mm. PH Insulation’s gas-tight sliding doors are designed to enclose and insulate door openings in cold rooms with regulated gas environments at temperatures of +2…+45 °C, under constant humidity of up to 80% and short-term humidity of 100%
AISI 304 used by PH Insulation was tested in 2023 by the leading Russian research institute of ferrous metallurgy, the Metalltest Test Center of I.P. Bardin Central Research Institute of Ferrous Metals. The experts confirmed the highest quality of the PH Insulation products: according to the test results, the coating conforms to the requirements of the regional GOST technical standard 5632-2014; 304 for ASTM A240/A240M specification.
