Meat Processing Workshop
The meat production facility needed building materials with special coatings for the food industry and reliable doors for constructing a meat processing workshop in Kamchatka.
The enterprise has been using PH Insulation's products for over five years for the construction of production and storage facilities. For the new workshop, they opted for sandwich panels with anti-corrosive coatings, resistant to constant disinfection.
"We operate in a high-humidity environment, so we needed sandwich panels with special coatings for food enterprises. The Bioclean sandwich panels were made in white color, making the workshop bright and appealing. Everything went well. We plan to continue working with your company," noted Vasily Vladimirovich B., Executive Director of the meat production facility.
Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has produced 2,312 square meters of PIR Premie wall sandwich panels, featuring special coatings AISI 304 and FOOD SAFE Bioclean FS. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 80 and 100 mm.
Also PH Insulation has manufactured:
- 1 single-leaf hinged refrigeration door in RAL 9003 color
- 1 double-leaf hinged refrigeration door with AISI 304 coating
- 8 traffic swinging doors for separating production areas. The hinges are maintenance-free and allow you to adjust the opening and closing force of the door. The doors are made in signal white color RAL 9003.
