The contractor has been working with PH Insulation for over five years. Confident in the high quality of sandwich panels, the developer chose the Company’s panels with mineral wool for the new project.

PH Insulation manufactures mineral wool sandwich panels in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.

In just two weeks PH Insulation has manufactured 1180 sq. m wall and 1080 sq. m roof mineral wool sandwich panels. The thickness of wall sandwich panels is 100 mm,  roof panels are 120 mm thick.

In accordance with the project design approved by the chief architect of the city, sandwich panels are made in three colors on the outer side: pure red RAL 3028, window grey RAL 7040, Telegrey 4 RAL 7047. On the inside, all wall sandwich panels are manufactured in RAL 7040.

Roof sandwich panels are made in graphite grey RAL 7025 on the outside, on the inside in signal black RAL 9004.

PH Insulation also took on the transportation of building materials and delivered them to the construction site in one week.
