Warehouse for Metal Storage
A pipe plant in Ryazan needed sandwich panels to build a warehouse for metal storage.
The company chose PH Insulation sandwich panels for the second time: in 2022, a pipe plant building was constructed with PIR Premier sandwich panels. The high quality of the products met the customer's expectations, so the panels with fire-resistant PIR Premier insulation were again chosen for the construction of the warehouse.
PH Insulation manufactured 1 934 sq. metres of wall sandwich panels and 2 805 sq. metres of roof sandwich panels in thicknesses of 50 and 100 mm.
In accordance with the design of the building, PH Insulation produced sandwich panels in three colours:
- signal white RAL 9003
- white aluminium RAL 9006
- traffic red RAL 3020
PH Insulation ensures the utmost quality of sandwich panels obtaining steel for the claddings directly from the leading Russian manufacturers: galvanized coil steel and steel with polymer coating in RAL colors.
For the cladding of sandwich panels, PH Insulation uses metal from leading Russian manufacturers, which is painted in the required colors directly at the plant. This allows PH Insulation to guarantee the reliability of the coating, a long service life, and resistance to external influences, ensuring high quality of the cladding.
