Production of building materials
A leading manufacturer of building materials in Armenia needed to build a new modern factory.
PIR Premier sandwich panels are CE marked and produced according to the European standard EN 14509 on continuous line in PH Insulation.
For the construction of building, PH Insulation produced 8 581 sq. m of wall and 16 387 of roof sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation. The thicknesses of sandwich panels — 80 and 100 mm.
At the client's request, the sandwich panels were manufactured in three colors:
- the exterior features a matte graphite gray RAL 7024, while the interior is made in a signal white RAL 9003. The matte finish of the sandwich panels lends the facade a contemporary and stylish appearance. Matte panels minimize glare under direct sunlight, a crucial consideration for many buildings in Armenia

By using different colors for different sides of the sandwich panels, the client erected the building in specific stylish color scheme and avoided unnecessary expenses on custom colors where they were not needed.
PH Insulation also produced over 1 000 linear meters of shaped elements.
