Production Facility

An investor in the Moscow region needed to quickly build an energy-efficient production facility in bright design. 

For construction of the building the customer chose PIR Premier sandwich panels with a uniquely low thermal conductivity up to 0.0194 W/(m*K).

Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has manufactured 675 sq. m of wall and 302 sq. m of roof sandwich panels with PIR Premier. The thickness of the panels is 100 mm. 

In accordance with the project design, the wall sandwich panels on the outside are made in blue RAL 5005 and gray RAL 7004. As a result of the successful blend of colors, the building has attained a striking and expressive appearance.

For the inside, the customers chose the standard white color RAL 9003. The roof sandwich panels are made in RAL 5005/9003.

In PH Insulation you can choose different colors for the sides of the sandwich panels to enhance the building's visual appeal without incurring extra costs for non-standard colors that won't be visible.
