Meat Production Facility
The meat production in Vladivostok, Russia, required refrigeration and industrial doors to equip refrigerating chambers and divide the premises.
Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has produced and delivered:
- three refrigeration sliding doors, equipped with reinforced PH Insulation hardware. The service life of PH Insulation reinforced hardware has been increased by 1.5 times through the modernization of its elements. The doors are made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 on both sides. The thickness of the doors is 80, 100, and 120 mm
- sliding doorset in signal white color RAL 9003/RAL 9003. This type of sliding refrigeration doors allows to reduce transportation costs by reducing the dimensions of the cargo. Door thickness is 150 mm
- two half-hidden hinged single leaf refrigeration doors made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304/ AISI 304. One notable distinction of HSLD H from conventional hinged doors is their enhanced aesthetic appeal. These doors exude a heightened sense of style as they are skillfully recessed halfway into the door frame, creating a visually pleasing and seamless integration within the architectural space. The thickness of hinged doors is 80 mm
- traffic swinging double-leaf door, that open in both directions, ensuring rapid and convenient access. The door is made of stainless steel AISI 304/ AISI 304, thickness - 40 mm
- industrial single-leaf door in signal white color RAL 9003/RAL 9003, thickness - 40 mm
