The company needed to build a modern data center in Armenia.
A data center is a facility used to house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems.
For construction of the data center, the company chose PH Insulation mineral wool sandwich panels. Sandwich panels with mineral wool are produced in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.
PH Insulation has manufactured:
- 1 445 sq. m of 100 and 150 mm thick wall sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. At the customer's request the panels are made in white-aluminum color RAL 9006 with PVDF coating. PVDF boasts high corrosion resistance, high UV resistance. On the inside, the sandwich panels are made in the signal white color RAL 9003
- 793 sq. m of mineral wool roof sandwich panels. The thickness of panels — 150 mm. On the outside the panels are made in the RAL 9006 color with PVDF coating, on the inside - RAL 9003
- fittings with zinc coating on the inside and in RAL 9003 color on the outside
