Refrigerated Warehouse
A construction company in Grozny, Chechnya, needed to build refrigerated warehouse using high-quality modern materials. For construction of the warehouse, the company chose PIR Premier sandwich panels.
Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has produced and delivered 3 295 sq. m of wall and 1 489 sq.m of roof PIR Premier sandwich panels. The thickness of the wall panels is 100 and 150 mm, while the roof panels are 60 mm thick. The panels are made in a clean white color RAL 9010/RAL 9010.
To insulate the floor, PH Insulation has manufactured 867 sq. m of 150 mm universal energy-efficient PIR Plita® insulation boards with paper/paper soft linings.
The building was also equipped with six PH Insulation refrigeration doors:
- three sliding refrigeration doors equipped with reinforced PH Insulation hardware. The service life of PH Insulation reinforced hardware has been increased by 1.5 times through the modernization of its elements. The thickness of the doors is 150 mm
- three half-hidden hinged single leaf refrigeration doors. One notable distinction of HSLD H from conventional hinged doors is their enhanced aesthetic appeal. These doors exude a heightened sense of style as they are skillfully recessed halfway into the door frame, creating a visually pleasing and seamless integration within the architectural space.
