Cold Storage Warehouse

An investor needed to quickly build a cold storage for frozen products in the Moscow region in contemporary bright design.

For the construction of the building with a total area of more than 15 000 sq. m including an area of freezers over 13 000 sq. m, PH insulation produced more than 13 000 sq. m of wall sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation, over 2 000 sq. m of sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, shaped elements.

The thickness of sandwich panels with PIR Premier is 80 and 150 mm, with mineral wool — 150 mm. The building's remarkable presence on the ground owes much to its striking RAL 2000 hue - a vivid, non-standard yellow-orange shade that catches the eye.

For freezers, the temperature in which will reach -24 °C, PH Insulation produced 5 hinged double leaf refrigeration doors 150 mm thick. One of the doors is a non-standard size, 7200x2200 mm, 4 others — 2100x1500 mm.
