Training Facility
The client needed mineral wool sandwich panels to quickly construct a training facility for military personnel in Chechen Republic, Russia.
To meet the high fire safety standards, the client decided to use modern fire-resistant building materials - sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. This type of insulation is an ideal choice for constructing premises with high fire safety requirements.
Within the agreed timescales, PH Insulation has manufactured over 11 000 sq. m of mineral wool wall sandwich panels in ivory RAL 1015 color on one side and in a signal white RAL 9003 on the other.
The thickness of sandwich panels — 100 mm.
The increased adhesion of the insulation to the metal is provided by polyurethane adhesive made in PH Insulation. Sandwich panels are produced on automated Italian Pu.Ma. line in any RAL color to suit the building’s function and make it relevant to the surrounding context.
