Sandwich panels were required for the construction of a retail store in Smolensk region, Russia.
The customer chose sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, which is ideal for buildings with high fire safety requirements.
PH Insulation has manufactured 502 sq. m of wall and 871 sq. m of roof mineral wool sandwich panels within the agreed timeframe. Sandwich panels were produced in signal white RAL 9003 color on both sides.
The wall sandwich panels have a thickness of 120 mm, while the roof panels are 150 mm thick.
PH Insulation manufactures sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of the insulation to the metal is provided by polyurethane adhesive made in PH Insulation. Sandwich panels are produced on automated Italian Pu.Ma. line in any RAL color to suit the building’s function and make it relevant to the surrounding context.
