Metal Rolling Equipment Production

For the prompt construction of a metal rolling equipment production in Mari El Republic, Russia, the client required modern construction materials.

For walls the client chose sandwich panels with mineral wool, for roof — sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate PIR Premier core.

PH Insulation manufactured and delivered 605 sq. m of wall sandwich panels with mineral wool and 935 sq. m of PIR Premier roof sandwich panels within the agreed timeframe. Sandwich panels were produced in signal blue RAL 5005 on one side and signal white RAL 9003 on the other, in accordance with the building design.

By employing different colors for different sides of the sandwich panels, design requirements were met without incurring additional costs for non-standard colors that wouldn't be visible.

PH Insulation manufactures sandwich panels on two automatic Italian Pu.Ma lines in any RAL colors.
