Car Wash

For the prompt construction of a car wash in Vladimir region, Russia, the client required modern construction materials. Due to the high humidity levels within the premises, the client chose energy-efficient sandwich panels with fire-resistant polyisocyanurate PIR Premier core. PIR Premier is composed of 95% closed cells, which means that sandwich panels with PIR Premier have minimal water absorption - up to 1% of the total mass, making them suitable for use in high humidity environments. Additionally, the structure of the polyisocyanurate prevents the formation of condensation within the insulation.

PH Insulation has manufactured 200 sq. m of wall panels and 190 sq. m of roof panels with PIR Premier insulation. The wall panels are 60 mm thick and the roof panels are 80 mm thick. All panels has been produced in aluminum-white RAL 9006 color on the inside and standard white RAL 9003 on the outside.
