Bakery Proofing Cabinet
A bakery in Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia, needed to quickly build new proofing chambers from energy efficient materials. The contractor chose sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate PIR Premier core: due to their low thermal conductivity up to 0.0194 W/mK PIR Premier sandwich panels save heat and create an optimal proofing environment in the cabinet.
For the doors the contractor chose PH Insulation half hidden hinged single leaf doors with windows, which allows to keep an eye on product without disrupting the proofing process.
Thanks to their low thermal conductivity of only 0.022 W/m*K, half-hidden doors minimize heat loss inside the proofing cabinet.
PH Insulation manufactured 31 sq. m of 80 mm thick PIR Premier sandwich panels and two hidden hinged refrigeration doors in combined materials: polyester-coated steel in signal white RAL 9003 color outside, stainless steel AISI 304 inside the proofing cabinet.
High quality food grade stainless steel has anti-corrosive properties, resistant to moisture, salts, acids, alkalis and solvents.
AISI 304 used by PH Insulation was tested in 2023 in the leading Russian research institute of ferrous metallurgy, the Metalltest Test Center of I.P. Bardin Central Research Institute of Ferrous Metals. The experts confirmed the highest quality of the PH Insulation products: according to the test results, the coating conforms to requirements of the regional GOST technical standard 5632-2014; 304 for ASTM A240/A240M specification.

- Food Safe for meat, dairy shops. Absolutely safe for direct contact with food. Coating thickness: 120 µm, RUV 4, RC 5
- PVDF for barns, poultry houses. PVDF boasts high corrosion resistance, high UV resistance. Coating thickness: 35 µm, RUV 4, RC 4
- AISI 304, ISI 316, AISI 321 stainless steel for meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, meat cutting, cold stores for fruit storages
- other coatings according to specific technical requirements
