Refrigerator for growing lettuce seeds

To build a refrigeration chamber for growing lettuce seeds in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the customer required sandwich panels and refrigeration doors.

The chamber was built with sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation. PIR Premier sandwich panels are ideal for refrigeration chambers: due to their low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/mK they save temperature more efficiently than other insulation materials and have zero water absorbtion.

For the door the customer chose sliding refrigeration doors with a PVC curtain. Ergonomic European-quality doors allow significant space saving. The flexible PVC curtains maintain needed temperature levels within cold storage rooms, particularly when employees frequently access the area to retrieve or deposit goods.
