Sandwich Panels for Cleanrooms
Sandwich panels for cleanrooms are specialised building envelope systems designed to create sealed areas with a controlled level of cleanliness. Unlike conventional building panels, cleanroom panels must provide dust-free surfaces, resistance to intensive cleaning and disinfection, and a smooth surface finish.
The panels have a three-layer structure with a mineral wool core and a choice of facings. A key feature is the M-Lock joint system on all sides of the panel, helping create a tight and clean enclosure.

Panel Locking System
M-Lock — panel thickness: 50 mm

Clean Appearance. The concealed connection system eliminates visible sandwich panel fasteners, providing a clean and streamlined surface.

Mechanical Strength and Durability. The mineral wool used in PH Insulation sandwich panels has a density of at least 95 kg/m³.
Wide Choice of Colours and Coatings. Panels are available in RAL colours, stainless steel and other specialised coatings. PH Insulation can manufacture the required quantity of panels with the colour and coating selected for your project.
Enhanced Bonding Between Metal Facings and Mineral Wool. Achieved using an advanced two-component adhesive application system.

Our continuous mineral wool sandwich panel production line enables us to accurately plan production and delivery schedules.
For deliveries within Moscow and the Moscow Region, transportation can be arranged within one day after the order is ready.
For deliveries to other regions, transportation can be arranged within two days after the order is ready.
For international deliveries, transportation can be arranged within 3–4 days after the order is ready.
Metal Coatings
- RAL — polyester-coated galvanized steel. The standard colour is RAL 9003, with other RAL colours available on request. Suitable for general-purpose applications. RUV 2, RC 2.
- Zn — galvanized steel without a polyester coating. Suitable for general-purpose applications.
- AISI 304 — stainless steel for food-processing facilities.
- AISI 430 — stainless steel for non-food production facilities.
- PVDF — resistant to dirt, aggressive environments and UV exposure. Recommended for façades of sports, retail, industrial and agricultural buildings. Coating thickness: 25–40 μm; RUV 4, RC 3.
- PU — steel with a polyurethane coating.
- Plastisol — provides corrosion protection for the metal for up to 15 years.
- Food Safe — suitable for direct contact with food. Recommended for cutting and slaughtering areas in food-processing facilities and for high-humidity environments. Coating thickness: 110–120 μm; RUV 4, RC 5.
