Meat Production Facility
For the construction of a meat production facility in Krasnodar, Russia, the company required sandwich panels and doors with special coatings for the food industry.
After carefully reviewing the offers from various sandwich panel manufacturers, the company chose PH Insulation. The decisive factor was PH Insulation's expertise in the food industry and its ability to produce high-quality sandwich panels with special coatings that meet strict sanitary requirements.

For construction of the facility, PH Insulation has produced 1,300 square meters of wall sandwich panels with PIR Premier. For the meat processing area, sandwich panels with Food Safe Bioclean coating were used. This coating is safe for food contact, resistant to constant disinfection, and can withstand aggressive chemical substances. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 60 mm.
For the internal walls of the smokehouse, one part of the sandwich panels was made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304, while the other part featured Bioclean coating. The exterior sandwich panels were manufactured in signal white color RAL 9003. The thickness of sandwich panels is 80 mm.
The building was constructed from 60 mm thick PIR Premier sandwich panels in RAL 9003 color on both sides.
Also PH Insulation has manufactured:
- 8 single-leaf hinged refrigeration doors. The frame is made of stainless steel AISI 304, and the door leaf is produced with FOOD SAFE Bioclean coating.
- 3 swinging traffic doors for separating production areas. The doors are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
- 300 sq. m of multi-purpose PIR Plita® insulation boards with a film/film coating. Insulation boards are certified according to the European standard for soft-cased polyisocyanurate insulation EN 13165
- 1 000 linear meters of shaped elements
