Warehouse Complex

The company required fire-resistant sandwich panels for the construction of a warehouse complex.

For the new building, the company selected PH Insulation’s mineral wool sandwich panels. These panels feature fire-resistant mineral wool insulation and are manufactured in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with increased fire safety requirements. PH Insulation’s specially formulated polyurethane adhesive enhances the panels’ performance.

In total, PH Insulation manufactured 1 523 square meters of wall, 1 605 square meters of roof mineral wool sandwich panels, and 1 600 linear meters of shaped elements. 

To match the project’s design, roof panels were manufactured with an exterior finish in Signal grey RAL 7004, while the wall panels feature RAL 7004 and RAL 5021. All panels have an interior finish in RAL 9003. The sandwich panels are 120 mm thick.

By using different coatings for different sides of the sandwich panels, the clients avoid unnecessary expenses on custom colors where they were not needed.
