New bakery in Voronezh needed sandwich panels and refrigeration doors to build proofing chambers. For fast and energy-efficient construction of proofing chambers, the contractor opted for sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate PIR Premier core.
For the doors the customer chose PH Insulation hinged double-leaf refrigeration doors with windows. Double-leaf doors provide a wider door opening and are ideal for use in chambers served by forklifts, loaders and pallet jacks. With one leaf open, hinged double leaf doors can be used as a regular hinged door, and with both leaves open the doors allows you to transport large-sized loads on trolleys.
In only two weeks PH Insulation manufactured 81 sq. m of 80 mm thick PIR Premier wall sandwich panels and 4 hinged double-leaf refrigeration doors in combined materials: polyester-coated steel in signal white RAL 9003 color outside facing the passage, stainless steel AISI 304 inside the cold room. High quality food grade stainless steel allows cold rooms to operate in high humidity without corrosion risks.
AISI 304 used by PH Insulation was tested in 2023 in the leading Russian research institute of ferrous metallurgy, the Metalltest Test Center of I.P. Bardin Central Research Institute of Ferrous Metals. The experts confirmed the highest quality of the PH Insulation products: according to the test results, the coating conforms to requirements of the regional GOST technical standard 5632-2014; 304 for ASTM A240/A240M specification.
At PH Insulation you can request doors and PIR insulated panels with different coating options:
- Food Safe for meat, dairy shops. Absolutely safe for direct contact with food. Coating thickness: 120 µm, RUV 4, RC 5
- PVDF for barns, poultry houses. PVDF boasts high corrosion resistance, high UV resistance. Coating thickness: 35 µm, RUV 4, RC 4
- PU for agricultural buildings. PU has increased mechanical strength and wear resistance, resistance to atmospheric factors. Coating thickness: 35-50 µm, RUV 4, RC 5
- AISI 304, ISI 316, AISI 321 stainless steel for meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, meat cutting, cold stores for fruit storages
- other coatings according to specific technical requirements
