Meat Processing Plant

The meat production facility in Belarus needed to build a meat processing plant using energy-efficient building materials.

The new production facility was decided to be constructed using sandwich panels with PIR Premier, which are ideal for food production construction in terms of thermal insulation, hygiene, and ease of installation.

With thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m*K), PH Insulation’s PIR Premier sandwich panels maintain the required temperature more effectively than any other materials.

For the construction of the meat processing plant, PH Insulation produced 3 367 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels. One part of the panels is manufactured with a signal white exterior RAL 9003 and a food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 interior. The other part of the panels features a signal blue exterior RAL 5005 and a white interior RAL 9003.

The thickness of sandwich panels is 100 mm and 150 mm.
