Poultry Production Facility

The poultry сompany required sandwich panels for the construction of a large poultry production facility.

The company decided to build the new agricultural facility with PH Insulation sandwich panels with PIR Premier and mineral wool insulation.

For construction of new building PH Insulation has produced:

• 21 140 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels for the main building of the poultry facility. One part of the sandwich panels on the exterior is made in white-aluminum RAL 9006 color, while the other part is in signal white RAL 9003 color. All sandwich panels on the interior are made in RAL 9003.
• 3 700 square meters of mineral wool sandwich panels in RAL 9003 color for utility blocks and internal partitions

PH Insulation’s PIR Premier sandwich panels reduce cooling or heating costs due to thermal conductivity of 0.0194 W/(m·K), have the CE mark, and comply with the European standard EN-14509. The unique, deepest joint profile of 20 mm on the Russian market guarantees the absence of cold bridges.

Mineral wool sandwich panels are produced in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.
