Pipe Plant

The pipe manufacturing company required sandwich panels for the construction of a new plant in the industrial park in Kaluga region.

The company decided chose to build the new production facility with PH Insulation’s mineral wool sandwich panels. PH Insulation manufactures mineral wool sandwich panels in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.

For the construction of the plant, PH Insulation has manufactured 3 850 square meters of sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, with thicknesses of 120 mm and 150 mm. According to the project design, the panels for the building’s exterior are made in graphite gray color RAL 7024 and white-aluminum RAL 9006. The interior panels are manufactured in signal white color RAL 9003.

PH Insulation has also ensured logistics: promptly selecting professional carriers and delivering the products to the construction site.
