Fire Department
The Fire Department in Astana, Kazakhstan, needed to separate the equipment storage area from the common zone to enable swift passage and easy transfer of necessary equipment in case of an emergency call. To achieve this, the client chose traffic swinging double door, that open in both directions, ensuring rapid and convenient access.
The doors are mounted on Kide hinges, which allow the doors to be fixed at a 90 degrees angle, do not require maintenance and provide larger light opening area compared to gravity hinges.
