The contractor required energy efficient sandwich panels for the construction of modular buildings. 

For over five years, PH Insulation has been manufacturing and supplying sandwich panels with PIR Premier for a company engaged in the construction of modular buildings in the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. The customer uses PH Insulation sandwich panels to build offices, staff buildings, administrative and utility spaces, and other modular structures.

For the construction of the latest modular facilities, PH Insulation has produced 457 square meters of sandwich panels with fire-resistant PIR Premier insulation made from top-quality Russian and foreign components. PH Insulation also provided logistics and delivered sandwich panels precisely on time. Due to PH Insulation's online transport monitoring service, the customer can accurately calculate unloading times and prepare for installation.

The thickness of the sandwich panels is 60 mm. The external side of the sandwich panels is finished in light ivory color RAL 1015, while the internal side is in signal white RAL 9003.

Sandwich panels with PIR Premier reduce cooling and heating costs due to a thermal conductivity of 0.0194 W/(m·K), carry the CE mark, and comply with the European standard EN-14509.
