Poultry Houses
The agricultural enterprise needed to quickly build modern poultry houses in Mordovia, Russia.
The client decided to build new buildings using PIR Premier sandwich panels with a uniquely low thermal conductivity up to 0.0194 W/(m*K).
In just three months, PH Insulation has manufactured 25 922 sq. m of 100 mm thick PIR Premier wall sandwich panels. For the interior walls, the customer chose sandwich panels with a PVDF polymer coating for poultry houses, barns, cowsheds. PVDF boasts high corrosion resistance, high UV resistance. Coating thickness: 35 µm, RUV 4, RC 4.
The panels are made in the standard white color RAL 9003 on both sides. Additionally, PH Insulation has manufactured shaped elements with PVDF coating.
