Distribution Center
A large online grocery store needed to quickly build a distribution center with bright and expressive design.
For construction of the distribution center, the customers chose energy-efficient PIR Premier sandwich panels. PIR Premier sandwich panels effectively save heat and cold due to their uniquely low thermal conductivity coefficient of up to 0.0194 W/m*K.
In just two weeks, PH Insulation has produced 1 180 sq. m of wall and 1 166 sq. m of roof PIR Premier sandwich panels. The wall panels are 100 mm thick, while the thickness of the roof panels is 120 mm.
At the customer's request, the wall sandwich panels were made in RAL 2004/RAL 9003 and RAL 9003/RAL 9003 color combinations. For the roof panels, the customer chose the color RAL 7004 on one side and RAL 9003 on the other.
The building was also equipped with two sliding refrigeration doors with reinforced PH Insulation hardware. The detailed video instructions from PH Insulation on installing the sliding refrigeration door helped to install the door in just one day.
