Refrigeration Chambers
The client contacted PH Insulation for energy-efficient building materials to quickly construct reliable refrigeration chambers.
PH Insulation’s PIR Premier sandwich panels were selected for the project. Their exceptionally low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m·K) helps reduce cooling costs. Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation manufactured 3,680 square meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels in thicknesses of 60 and 80 mm. The panels feature a Signal white RAL 9003 finish on both sides.
The refrigeration chambers were also equipped with four sliding refrigeration doors featuring reinforced hardware manufactured in-house by PH Insulation. Upgraded components have extended the service life of this heavy-duty hardware by 50%. The doors are 80 mm thick and feature the standard white finish, RAL 9003, on both sides.
