Manufacturing and Warehouse Complex
A food manufacturer required fire-resistant sandwich panels for the construction of a warehouse complex in the Moscow Region.
For the new building, the company selected PH Insulation’s mineral wool sandwich panels. These panels feature fire-resistant mineral wool insulation and are manufactured in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with increased fire safety requirements. PH Insulation’s specially formulated polyurethane adhesive enhances the panels’ performance.
In total, PH Insulation manufactured 11,293 square meters of mineral wool wall sandwich panels and 7,352 linear meters of shaped elements.
To match the project’s design, some panels were manufactured with an exterior finish in Signal blue RAL 5005, while the others feature Signal white RAL 9003. All panels have an interior finish in RAL 9003. The sandwich panels are 120 mm thick.
