Sports Complex
Sandwich panels were required for construction of the sports complex. The customer chose sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, which is ideal for buildings with high fire safety requirements.
PH Insulation manufactures mineral wool sandwich panels in accordance with the Russian state standard GOST 32603-2021. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation.
Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has manufactured 900 sq. m wall and 2 596 sq. m roof mineral wool sandwich panels. The thickness of wall sandwich panels is 120 mm, roof panels are 150 mm thick. According to the customer's design, wall sandwich panels were made in RAL 1015/RAL 9003 and roof sandwich panels in RAL 7024/RAL 9003 colours.
