Shopping Mall

For the construction of the shopping mall, the company required modern non-combustible building materials.

The contractor chose PH Insulation’s sandwich panels with mineral wool, which are ideal for constructing buildings with high fire safety requirements. Sandwich panels with mineral wool are produced in accordance with Russian standard GOST 32603-2021.

In just 10 days PH Insulation manufactured 4 739 square meters of wall panels and 2 250 square meters of roof sandwich panels with mineral wool. The thickness of the wall sandwich panels is 100 mm, and the roof panels are 120 mm.

At the client's request, part of the sandwich panels on the exterior side was made in signal blue color RAL 5005, while another part was made in signal gray color RAL 7004. Roof panels on the exterior side were also made in RAL 7004. On the interior side, all sandwich panels were produced in signal white color RAL 9003.

By employing different colors for different sides of the sandwich panels, design requirements were met without incurring additional costs for non-standard colors that wouldn't be visible.
