Fruit Storage Facility

The agricultural enterprise needed to quickly build a modern fruit storage facility in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

For construction of a 1000-ton fruit and berry storage facility, the company chose PIR Premier sandwich panels with a uniquely low thermal conductivity up to 0.0194 W/(m*K).

Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has manufactured 2 620 sq. meters of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels. The panels are made in signal white color RAL 9003 on both sides, with a thickness of 100 and 120 mm.

The fruit storage facility is equipped with PH Insulation's 10 sliding refrigeration doors with reinforced PH Insulation hardware. The service life of PH Insulation reinforced hardware has been increased by 1.5 times through the modernization of its elements

The external side of the doors is made in a non-standard dark green color RAL 6005, while the internal side is in the standard white color RAL 9003. By employing different colors for different sides of the refrigeration doors, design requirements were met without incurring additional costs for non-standard colors that wouldn't be visible.

PH Insulation took on the transportation of building materials and delivered them precisely on schedule to the construction site.
