Vegetable Storage Facility

A food production company needed to build a modern vegetable storage facility in Gomel, Belarus. The building design specified the use of light-colored shades.

So the company chose energy-efficient PIR Premier sandwich panels: due to the low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/mK, sandwich panels keep heat or cold effectively, allowing to save on air conditioning or heating costs.

PH Insulation has produced and delivered 800 sq. m of wall and 1 344 sq. m of roof sandwich panels within the agreed timeframe. The thickness of the sandwich panels is 100 mm.

In accordance with the customer's design, the wall panels were manufactured in RAL 9006/RAL 1015 and RAL 1015/RAL 1015 colors, while the roof panels were in RAL 9006/RAL 9003 colors.

PH Insulation took on the transportation of building materials and delivered them precisely on schedule to the construction site. With the online monitoring system, provided by PH Insulation, the customer was able to accurately calculate the time for unloading the transport and prepare for installation.
