The new Novo Ryazan pipe plant in Russia is built with over 1400 sq. m. of roof and over 900 sq. m of wall PIR Premier sandwich panels by PH Insulation.
The visual aspect of the new pipe plant required PIR panels in the company's corporate colors. To meet the idea of the building design, PH Insulation has manufactured sandwich panels in three colors:
- standard white RAL 9003
- white aluminium RAL 9006
- traffic red RAL 3020
"We decided to work with PH Insulation, because our project specifically emphasized the need for a metal originally colored by steel supplier. So we have asked PH Insulation to manufacture sandwich panels with the steel colored at a steel plant.
At project approval stage we considered two types of sandwich panels’ core, mineral wool and PIR. We ultimately decided to go with PIR for it is moisture proof. Only a handful of companies in Russia manufacture sandwich panels with PIR, so the choice was obvious.
We are pleased with our work with PH Insulation. In six months we plan to expand our production using PH Insulation PIR Premier sandwich panels to build warehouses, office buildings and changing facilities"
