PH Insulation has announced the opening of the second phase of its new production buildings complex in Shchelkovo city, Russia.

The new building, which comprises of a 1200 sq. m factory and a 1500 sq. m office space, has been constructed using 100 mm thick sandwich panels with PIR Premier insulation.

PH Insulation plans to place an updated workshop for the production of sandwich panels with PUR Classic polyurethane foam near its second continuous line which manufactures sandwich panels with PIR Premier and mineral wool. Reorganizing will enable PH Insulation to reduce the production cycle time, improve management of material and information flows, and increase synchronization of the production process of sandwich panels with different types of insulation. Transformation of operations will also reduce the time for placing of manufactured products in the company’s open storage yard.

The company's annual production exceeds 3 million square meters of sandwich panels, and we are committed to improving our efficiency and productivity, which is one of the company values, day by day. By rationalizing PH Insulation’s major processes, including logistics and management, we are able to produce sandwich panels and refrigeration doors with standard types of metal in just two weeks after placing an order, meeting the expectations of our partners in terms of speed and quality
